Refund Policy for Design and Programming Services
Design mockups are created and approved after we receive 50% of your total estimate. A detailed contract must be signed and returned with the deposit so that both parties are clear of all requirements before proceeding. A contract may be negotiated before signing but must be adhered to once a signed agreement is complete. If you agree to design models but fail to follow through with a project, we retain the right to bill you for the time taken to create the mockups at our standard rate. of $62.50 per half hour.
Seaside Siren Designs may accept a refund request in some cases, at our discretion. An instance where we would accept a request for a refund would be if Seaside Siren Designs and client representatives are unable to work together in a communicative and professional manner or if creative changes force an end to all work. If this is the case, it will always be the several hours put towards the job, less than the total amount of the deposit paid for the job. If this is the case, the remaining monies left after billing for all hours to date can be refunded to the client within 30 days and all work will cease.
Seaside Siren Designs will not accept refund requests if he mockup design has been approved and a significant amount of time has been invested for the job contracted.
Return Policy for Other Services
Other services including, but not limited to Graphic Design, Logo Design, Web Design, and Development are typically custom projects. Each project is assessed independently to estimate the total project cost, based on the unique needs of each client. Seaside Siren Designs will not accept any kind of refund request if all time is invested on the projects and henceforth, the project will be withdrawn. The client at that time loses all rights to the work done. Work will be removed from the client’s domain and the domain will be returned to the client if in fact the domain was purchased by the client.
Seaside Siren Designs maintains the same refund requests for all other hourly work as stated above.
Return Policy for Hosting Services
All hosting sales are guaranteed 99.9% If a refund is requested, Seaside Siren Designs will refund a prorated amount, which is the total amount paid minus any time used in the contract. Hosting rates are billed monthly. If after a time you wish to relocate your website and request a refund, you would be entitled to the prorated amount of the monthly hosting.
If a refund request is accepted, any monies left after the prorated charges will be returned to the client and all hosting will immediately cease upon payment of refund, which is usually 7 to 10 days from the request, and no further support is provided. The client is responsible for the cost of moving the site if that is the wish.
